- 1 bun from previous day
- 1 egg
- cheese that melts easily
- salt, pepper, chive
Perfect way to use stale bread, or in this case stale buns. Cut the bun into halves and remove the middle. Put cheese per your wish in the hollow bun and then brake the egg on it. Put in preheated oven just to cook egg white and to melt cheese. Spice with salt, pepper and chopped chive. Broke the egg yolk with the form and mix the egg with cheese, and dip piece per piece of crusted bun into tasty mixture.
If you’re in restriction you can use butter instead of cheese.
