- 4 chicken drumsticks with thighs
- salt, pepper, ginger in powder
- 1 large onion
- 4 – 5 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons pelati tomato
- 1 tablespoon balsamic (or lemon juice)
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 100 ml white wine
Remove the skin from drumsticks and thighs, wash them and spice with mixture of salt, pepper and ginger powder. Put all ingredients except white wine into blender and mix until get compact thick salsa. Pour into baking dish white wine, arrange drumsticks and thighs on it, and cover them with prepared salsa. Bake uncovered on 210 degrees about 50 minutes. Serve with cauliflower puree.
If you’re in restriction instead of balsamic use lemon juice.
