Pancakes With Dill, Without Eggs

Pancakes With Dill, Without Eggs

  • 3 tablespoons of flour (mix of spelt and barley)
  • 1,5 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/3 small bunch of dill
  • app. 30 ml mineral water
  • app. 30 ml lukewarm water

Mix flours and salt in a bowl. Then add chopped dill and mix, then add oil and water. Gradually add water, because this mixture should be a bit denser than for classic pancakes, but not much denser. Heat pan for pancakes and pour a little mixture in it. About one third of the ladle. Make small circles and fry them a few minutes on either side. Since there are no eggs in them, only flour, salt, oil and water (and some spice) so you can mix with every you want.
