Plum And Walnut Bars


  • 10 – 12 dried plums (depending on size)
  • 60 g walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons ground walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons coconut
  • cocoa powder


Soak dried plums in hot water to soften. Put them into blender, add 60 g of walnuts, 2 tablespoons of honey and mix. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut, 4 tablespoons of ground walnuts and mix well and form bars. It’s best to make a few days in advance and keep it in the fridge to tighten nicely and combine flavors. Roll in cocoa and serve.
