- 200 g dried plums
- 2 tablespoons ground almonds + little for rolling
- 2 tablespoons ground hazelnuts + little for rolling
- 50 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
Chop dried plums and put in a bowl. Melt chocolate on a steam and add to plums. Then add ground almonds and hazelnuts and knead with your hands. You can do that with surgical gloves. Then form small roller or balls and roll out them into mix of ground almonds and hazelnuts.
