- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons full fat cream cheese
- pinch of sea salt
Wash and clean spinach. Then blanch it on a steam. Finely chop them and mix with full fat cream cheese. Chop walnuts into blender, but not to finely, let there be different parts. Add in a bowl with spinach and cream and add pinch of salt. If you’re in restriction you can replace walnuts with almonds.
Because of oxalic acid spinach should always be eaten in combination with dairy products. Also, although it is popular today to eat all raw, spinach should at least spill over with boiling water because it is so healthier.
