Roasted Pumpkin With Seeds


  • 300 g pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon almonds
  • 1 tablespoon pepita (pumpkin seeds)
  • 2 – 3 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • juice of 1 small orange


Cut the pumpkin into dices and arrange in a baking dish covered with baking paper. Over it and around it sprinkle almonds and pepita. And over everything sprinkle mixture of cinnamon and ginger. Then pour agave syrup and bake on 200 degrees about 20 minutes. When roasted, transfer to glasses and pour orange juice.
