Fish Pate With Sesame


  • 1 hake without a head
  • juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame


You can put sesame on a heat frying pan for 30 seconds to start changing color and to smell. Then add it to a blender with all other ingredients and mix well. You can consume this pate for breakfast or lunch with some fresh or grilled vegetables.
