- 1,5 l fresh raw milk
- 400 ml sour milk
- spices: fresh basil, ginger…
Cook fresh raw milk. Leave it to cool a bit. In a meantime mix sour milk with few ladles of cooked milk and pour into cooled milk. Finely chop one handful of fresh basil leaves and two teaspoon of ginger powder and mix well. Cover with dishcloth
and then with the lid. Wrap all in two large dishcloth and leave overnight to acidify.
You can make your own aromatic milk with other spices according to your wishes and imagination.
