Chrono Swedish Lasagna


  • 1 or 2 bunch of chard
  • Emmentaler (100 g per person)



Wash one large or two small bunches of chard and blanch in very salty water and then drain well. The chard should be salty to contrast sweetish Emmentaler. Grease small baking dish with oil, sprinkle with chrono bread crumbs (crumbs from chrono bread) and arrange: first layer of chard, then layer of cheese cut into thin strips, and so on as long as you have ingredients. For some small bowl you should have some three layers. Bake on 180 degrees some 10 to 15 minutes. You can add chili or crispy bacon.

Those in restriction can replace Emmentaler with mozzarella.
