Breakfast On A Spoon


  • few slices of chrono bread
  • 1,5 dl tomato sauce without sugar
  • 1 small tablespoon of butter
  • little olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt and colorful pepper
  • little fresh basil
  • 1/2  ball of a mozzarella
  • 1 small garlic clove


The amount of bread depends on the person, the appetite…Cut bread into cubes and fry on a butter with the addition of chopped garlic. Fry until get nice golden color from all sides. Pour into plate tomato sauce, add bread cubes. Over bread put mozzarella and fresh basil. Sprinkle with ground colorful pepper. Your breakfast is ready, you just need a spoon.
