Gluten-Free Chard Pie


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of sour milk
  • 1 dl mineral water
  • 200 g young cheese
  • 3 dl chickpea flour
  • 3 dl rice flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 dl melted butter
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 3 handfuls chopped chard
  • salt, pepper


Preheat the oven. Whisk the eggs, add sour milk, flours, melted butter, oil, crumbled cheese, chard, spices, baking powder and mineral water and knead the batter. Mix all and pour into baking dish covered with baking paper. Sprinkle with sesame and bake 30 to 35 minutes depending on the oven.
