Buckwheat Pancakes


  • 1 egg
  • 10 tablespoons integral buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mineral water
  • 1/2 water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • little sea salt

For topping:

  • 100 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
  • pinch of stevia
  • 2 handfuls raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


Mix in a bowl egg, add flour, water and milk. At the end add olive oil and salt. Bake pancakes one by one in a frying pan. Melt chocolate with coconut oil. At the end sprinkle raspberries and stevia. Instead of stevia you can use agave syrup.
