Chicken Fillet With Dill And Vegetables


  • 400 g chicken fillets cut into cubes or strips
  • 2 small green peppers
  • 2 small carrots
  • 3 tablespoons homemade ketchup or tomato sauce without sugar

Spices for chicken:

  • 1/2 teaspoon of strong spices such as rosemary and marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 6 – 7 twigs of fresh dill

Spices for vegetables:

  • 1 teaspoon dried onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic in granules


Put the meat into bowl and mix it with dried spices, dill and ketchup. Also, cut the vegetables into strips and put into another bowl and mix with onion and garlic spices. Put in a baking dish baking paper and arrange one layer of meat, one layer of vegetables and so two times. Put in preheated oven on 220 degrees and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
