Barley Pie With Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons allowed oil
  • 1 small cup of mineral water
  • 4 tablespoons barley flour
  • 1/2 baking powder

Preparation

Cut one small zucchini into cubes and leave on the side. In a meantime mix two eggs, add salt, 4 tablespoons of oil and mineral water. Separately mix 4 tablespoons of barley flour with baking powder and gently mix into egg mixture. Then add zucchini. Pour into baking dish covered with baking paper and bake on 220 degrees about 20 minutes.
