Baked Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 small zucchini
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Wipe mushrooms with a cloth. Remove the stalks from the caps. Chop stalks, as well as bacon and garlic, and grate zucchini. Put all chopped ingredients into frying pan with a little oil. Fry together with zucchini and spice per your taste. Arrange caps on baking paper, stuff them with prepared mixture and put in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
