Take out rib eye steak from the fridge half an hour before preparation (it will be softer and juicier). Bake it per your wish, you can use grill pan, then spice it with salt and pepper. Leave it covered to rest. In a meantime chop salad. Put handful of baby spinach cut into stripes, cabbage, peppers, carrot and spring onion. You can put whatever you want of vegetables, even cold cooked broccoli and cauliflower. Add handful of seeds: flax, pepita and sesame. Make chrono French dressing: Dijon mustard, lemon juice and olive oil. If it is very dense add little water. Spice your salad with prepared dressing, cut rib eye steak into strips and put over the salad.
