Meat And Mushroom Pie


  • 600 g minced beef
  • 250 g  mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 400 g buckwheat phyllo
  • cumin
  • pepper
  • sea salt
  • dried parsley
  • ginger


Chop the onion and fry on oil until translucent. Add meat and chopped mushrooms. Than add spices. Fry together until meat get brown color. Take buckwheat phyllo pastry (per two pieces) and sprinkle each with oil and water and fill with prepared meat. Then wrap in the roll. Repeat the procedure until you have filling. Coat prepared rolls with oil and water and put in preheated oven. Bake on 240 degrees, then lower temperature on 200 degrees and bake until get nice golden color.
