- 200 g allowed flour (recommendation is spelt flour or mix of spelt and some other)
- 1/2 cup (1 dl) of mineral water
- 1/2 cup (1 dl) sour milk
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your fingers. Form the shape of baguette and bake in preheated oven on 220 degrees from 15 to 20 minutes. You can choose stuffing per your taste. This version with melted cheese is for those in non-restriction because there’s sour milk in the dough.
