Hake With Cauliflower


  • 500 g hake
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • few olives
  • garlic
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 dl white wine
  • little olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon


Chop the cauliflower into florets and mix with oil, parsley and spices. Put olives over the cauliflower and fish fillets also. Spice fish also and put lemon circles over it. Pour white wine and put in preheated oven. Bake covered about half an hour on 200 degrees. Then lower temperature, uncover the dish and bake for more 20 minutes.
