- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 2,5 teaspoons organic cocoa
- one vanilla stick (not mandatory)
- 2 teaspoons of melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 or 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Mix in a blender all ingredients except raspberries. Mix 4 to 5 minutes until get creamy texture. With prepared mixture stuff silicone molds and press raspberries into cream per your wish. Freeze.
