Omega – 3 : Juicy Salmon


  • 4 small salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 parsley
  • 1/2 small hot pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame
  • 1 garlic clove
  • juice of 1/2 lemon


If you use frozen fish, of course first you have to defrost and dry with kitchen towel and then coat with marinade. For marinade chop garlic, parsley and hot pepper and mix with olive oil, sesame and lemon juice. Add a bit of salt. Leave fish in marinade for a while, then arrange fillets into baking dish covered with baking paper. Preheat the oven on 200 degrees and put baking dish in it. Fish will be cooked very quickly, it will not take more than fifteen minutes. It’s good if the salmon inside is darker pink. Not alive but not overcooked. When finished, sprinkle with some chia seeds to add more omega-3. Without addition of seeds, you can eat it for dinner even in the strictest restriction period.
