3 In 1 – Pate You Can Eat For All 3 Meals

Ingredients

  • 160 g hake meat
  • 4 olives
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • juice of 1/4 larger lemon
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • sea salt and colorful pepper to taste

Preparation

The recommendation for pate is to use baked hake. The meat remains firmly and you can make nice spread. Cooked fish are often full of water and the pate is liquid. Clean the hake from the bones and skin and put the meat into blender. Add olives without seeds, olive oil, water and lemon juice and mix all. Add sea salt and colorful pepper per your taste.
