Porridge With Mushrooms, Bacon And Wild Garlic

Ingredients

  • 2 large mushrooms
  • 80 g bacon
  • 1/3 bunch of wild garlic
  • 3 – 4 dl water
  • 3 – 5 tablespoons of barley semolina

Preparation

Chop mushrooms and bacon. Heat frying pan, add bacon and when it starts to release fat add mushrooms and fry them also. In another dish pour water and heat to boiling, add pinch of salt, reduce temperature and gradually add semolina all the time stirring with whisk and cook some more. Pour porridge into plate and cover with perfect combination of mushrooms, bacon and chopped wild garlic.
