Simple Chicken Burgers


  • 500 g chicken breasts (or fillets)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax
  • salt
  • pepper


Chop all ingredients in a blender or food processor, form burgers and fry in a pan on a heated butter. If you use olive oil this can be your dinner as well.
