Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 2 small red peppers
  • 1 bunch of young onion
  • 200 g bacon
  • spices: salt, colorful pepper, chili…
  • pork fat
  • chopped parsley

Preparation

Place bacon in a pan and fry on medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and crumble. In a meantime foamy beat eggs and add other ingredients. If you’re in restriction that’s it, but if you’re in non-restriction period you can add 150 g of Gouda cheese. Grease a large skillet with pork fat (the bottom and the sides) and pour mixture in it. Stir well, so the eggs are everywhere and let it to start forming the crust on the bottom. Then place the skillet in preheated oven. Bake on 200 or 220 degrees. It depends on the oven and the speed you want to prepare frittata.
