  • 180 gr flour (best spelt)
  • 1 dl of water
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

For filling:

  • tomato sauce (without sugar)
  • cheese per taste
  • ham


Knead the dough of the following ingredients and leave to rest ten minutes. Stretch into circle, fill per your taste, switch the dough and push and twist the ends. Heat the oven to 230 degrees, and bake Calzone 8 – 12 minutes depending on the oven.
