- 200 g chicken fillet, cut into cubes
- 2 small mature tomatoes
- 1/2 handful of dried porcini mushrooms
- small cup of white wine
- spices: salt, ginger powder, dried onion, turmeric, paprika, dry thyme
Put in a dish meat cut into cubes, spices, chopped tomato and white wine. Mix all, mesh tomato with wooden spoon, lid the dish and put on a cooker. When start boiling, reduce temperature and cook while the excess liquid does not evaporate. Stir few times and additionally mash tomato. We learned at chrono diet that for the good sauce we don’t need flour, just a bit longer cooking at moderate temperature. When it’s over, add chopped porcini mushrooms and mix them into dish. Remove from the heat and leave covered for about ten minutes.
