Chicken Pate With Tomato


  • 60 g baked chicken
  • 1/2 medium ripe tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of dried onion or a mixture of onion and garlic
  • a little colorful pepper


First you have to prepare chicken. About half kilogram of chicken fillets cut into stripes and spice with mixture of 2 tablespoons of ground sesame, salt, turmeric and white pepper. Arrange that in greased baking dish and pour 4 tablespoons of white wine and 2 tablespoons of water onto them and leave about half an hour. Bake 15 minutes under the aluminium foil and then uncovered until get nice golden color. Take some 60 g of this meat for the pate and use rest for some other dish. Chop the meat with finger into thin fibers, put in a blender, add the rest of ingredients and mix to get creamy texture. Sprinkle with colorful pepper before serving.
