Detox Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of goat sour milk
  • 1 small tablespoon pepita (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 small tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin first cold pressed olive oil (or homemade olive oil)
  • 1/2 carrot
  • few slices of chrono bread

Preparation

Gently roast seeds (pepita and sunflower) just to smell, not more than that. Peel carrot and cut into stripes. Put in a bowl goat sour milk, add tahini, oil, salt and seeds. Dip toasted bread into prepared mixture together with stripes of fresh carrot.
