  • 100 g buckwheat flour
  • 100 g integral spelt flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 4 egg whites
  • 150 g cheese of your choice
  • 6 tablespoons of mineral water (maybe a little more)
  • dill
  • baking powder
  • so, pepper


Whisk egg whites into foam, add water, flour, melted butter, baking powder, chopped dill, crumbled cheese and salt and pepper per need. Stir all.
