Sesame Broccoli Balls With Mushroom Sauce


  • 300 g blanched broccoli
  • dehydrated onion and garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • salt, pepper
  • little olive oil
  • 1 egg white
  • sesame
  • 1 onion
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • salt, pepper
  • garlic powder
  • little water


Put in a blender broccoli, dehydrated onion and garlic, chia seeds, dill, salt, pepper and little olive oil. Mix well, and add some water if needed to get compact mixture. Form the balls, roll in whisked egg white and baked sesame. Put in the oven on the highest temperature for ten minutes. Make mushroom sauce: chop the onion and fry on a little butter or allowed oil with the addition of water. When become translucent, add mushrooms you previously cut into sheets, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add a little water and cook until get nice sauce desired density.

If you omit sesame and egg white, this can be dinner also.
