Salsa With Chicken Drumsticks

Salsa With Chicken Drumsticks

  • 2 chicken drumsticks
  • spices: salt, pepper, turmeric, parsley, paprika
  • little water
  • little butter
  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • pepper and chili pepper per taste
  • 1 medium peeled tomato
  • 1 zucchini

Rub all spices into drumsticks and leave for a while to absorb them. Fry drumsticks on a butter from both sides. When they get nice golden color add little water and saute about an hour on lower heat. Turn the meat once. Check the amount of liquids and don’t let to burn, but they should not be cooked, so do not overdo with water. When the chicken is fried, remove from the heat and in the same dish fry previously blended ingredients for salsa (peppers, onion, garlic, tomato and pepper and chili pepper). Try if you have to salt a bit more. When the water evaporates, add one small zucchini cut into cubes and briefly cook. Return meat to the salsa. Richly sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil.
