Ingredients

  • 200 g spelt flour
  • 150 g rye flour
  • 1 bunch of chopped chive
  • 1 cup of mineral water
  • 40 g melted butter for the dough and 60 g for later but not melted
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 baking powder

Preparation

Mix two types of flour, add chopped chive, melted butter and mineral water and knead the dough. Leave to rest overnight. In the morning add salt and baking powder, knead once again well because the dough is hard and make buns of the same size.
