- 3 – 4 fried hot peppers (or more)
- small bunch of chard
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- few basil leaves
- 1 handful of sunflower seeds (raw or baked)
- 2 tablespoons of pelati tomato or 1/2 fresh tomato
- salt, pepper
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Put in a chopper 3 – 4 fried hot chili peppers (at the end, you can read instructions how to prepare them for winter), chard, dill, pelati tomato, salt, pepper and, if desired, roasted or raw sunflower. All mix well and add pepper and salt to the taste. You can also add a little olive oil if you like it.
Put few chili peppers into heated oil in a frying pan for one to two minutes. Flip them a couple of times. When cool a bit, arrange them into jar or some plastic dish and pour olive oil over them. Add chopped garlic per your wish and chopped celery leaves. You can store this salad during winter, it is important that it is covered with oil, which conserves it. It can also be packaged and kept in the freezer.
