- 3 eggs
- 1 red onion
- 1 tomato
- spices: salt, lots of colorful pepper, dried onion and basil
- olive oil
Cut red onion into ribs and fry on a oil. When soften add chopped tomato and when fried and when the liquid evaporated remove from the heat and spice with salt, colorful pepper, dried onion and basil and make three holes. In each hole break per an egg. Put back on the heat, and cover until eggs are cooked. Serve with toasted chrono bread.
