- 50 g roasted almonds
- 50 g roasted hazelnuts
- 50 g raw walnuts
- 140 g chocolate with 70% cocoa
- 2 – 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 13 – 14 cleaned dates
- coconut flakes on your wish
First grind all nuts in a chopper. Do not worry if there is a little bit larger part. Then add dates and mix all together until get compact mixture that is sticky. Melt chocolate with coconut oil on a steam. Add chocolate to prepared mixture and stir all. With greased hands form balls and roll in coconut flakes.You can eat immediately, but they’re more beautiful when they cool a bit in the fridge.
