Baked Chickpeas


  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil or 1 tablespoon of pork fat
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Mix all spice and rub into chickpeas well. Put in preheated oven on 220 degrees and bake about ten minutes until they are crispy outside and soft inside. You can pour some tomato sauce or tahini over them and enjoy your breakfast.
