Rye Mini Pizzas


  • 200 g rye flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 125 ml water


Mix all dry ingredients, then add oil and water. Knead the dough, stretch it using rolling pin and with glass or cup take out the circles. Arrange them on a baking paper and put them without filling in preheated oven to bake a little, just to get mild crust (few minutes). Remove from the oven and fill per your taste. You can mix pelati tomato with oregano and pinch of salt, put some ham on it, then add grated cheese (if you’re in restriction use mozzarella, some spring onion…) Bake on 220 degrees for ten minutes.
