Tuna Pate


  • 1 can of tuna in brine
  • 1/4 medium onion
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard (without sugar)
  • juice of 1/4 large lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of caper
  • pinch of pepper


Put all ingredients into blender or food processor and mix well. You don’t need more than five minutes to get nice compact pate. You don’t have to put some salt, because caper are salt enough.
