Summer Pork Steaks


  • 4 pork steaks (from leg or shoulder)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 red peppers
  • spices: garlic granules, salt, pepper


Tenderize pork steaks using meat mallet, spice from the top side and leave on the side. Cut the onion and tomatoes into circles. Remove the stems and the ribs from the peppers. Grease deep baking dish with olive oil, arrange tomatoes and then onion. Sprinkle with garlic granules. Put on them pork steaks with spiced side on the onion, then spice other side. Over steaks arrange peppers. Cover with aluminium foil and bake in preheated oven on 220 degrees about one hour. Then remove foil and bake until get nice golden color.

Instead of this vegetables you can use zucchini or eggplant. Or carrots if you’re in non-restriction.
