Healthy Bars


  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1 cup of lukewarm water
  • 1 cup of oat flakes
  • 1 cup of peeled hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons Maple syrup


Use dates without seeds. Put in a blender or food processor dates, pour water and mix well. Add oat flakes, peeled hemp seeds, Chia seeds, peanut butter, coconut oil and Maple syrup and mix all well. Pour prepared mixture into dish covered with baking paper and put in the fridge. When cooled fine cut into bars.
