Catfish With Green Spices


  • 500 g catfish
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 bunch of mint
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • sea salt, oregano, pepper
  • 3 onions
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice


If you use whole catfish, not just fillets, first you have to cut it into pieces. Grease baking dish with oil. Chop onion into circles and put on the bottom of the baking dish. Add three garlic cloves and spice all a bit. Put in a blender parsley, mint, and dill. Add salt, pepper and oregano, olive oil, lemon juice and remaining garlic. Mix all well and cover the catfish with this mixture from all sides. Place the fish over the onion and garlic and bake on 200 degrees about 40 minutes. Serve with green salad or cauliflower puree.
