Ingredients

  • 100 g coconut flour
  • 6 egg whites
  • 6 pieces of Stevia or fructose
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • little rum extract

Preparation

Separate egg whites from egg yolks. Add coconut flour to egg whites, then add Stevia or fructose, rum extract and vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients and using teaspoon take some mixture, then form balls with your palms. Arrange balls on a baking paper and bake in the oven on 170 degrees 30 to 40 minutes until get nice golden color.
