Chrono Spaghetti Carbonara


  • 500 g rye spaghetti
  • 200 g smoked bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • grape seed oil
  • sea salt, pepper


Cook spaghetti in salted water. In a meantime fry chopped bacon and garlic. Whip eggs, add salt and pepper. When spaghetti cooked, drain it and add to fried bacon and garlic. Remove from the heat, add eggs and mozzarella. Mix all and serve with some salad.
