Tricolor Meat Pie With Peppers


  • 500 g minced chicken meat (chicken breasts)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 egg white
  • parsley leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • allowed oil


Chop the onion and fry on a little allowed oil for frying until become translucent. In the other dish mix minced meat with sauteed onion, then add chopped garlic, sea salt, pepper, paprika and chopped parsley. Add egg white and mix well. Grease baking dish with oil or butter and arrange meat mixture on the bottom. Remove the stems and the ribs from the peppers and cut into cubes and arrange over the meat. Sprinkle with oil and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees about 30 minutes. Serve warm with salad per your taste.

Instead of chicken meat you can use minced fillets of sea fish or turkey breasts.
