Bean Puree


  • 500 g Kidney bean or Pinto bean
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil


Sink the beans into water before cooking. Then throw that water, put beans and onion into new fresh water with a little salt and cook. When the beans soften, remove it and onion from the water and put in a blender. Mix to get puree. Put meshed garlic on a little heated oil and when it smells add it to the beans and mix one more time in a blender with paprika, salt and pepper.
