Risotto With Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 leek
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cup of basmati rice
  • 3 cup of chicken broth
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • allowed oil
  • parsley leaves

Preparation

Wash mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Chop the onion and leek and fry on a little allowed oil. Add mushrooms and chopped garlic and saute together few minutes. Then add basmati rice and gradually pour chicken broth constantly stirring. Spice with salt and pepper and cook about 20 minutes, until rice become fluffy and excess liquid evaporated. Before serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.
