Millet Pizza With Peppers


  • 1 cup (2 dl) of millet
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 leek
  • 1 egg white
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • allowed oil
  • parsley
  • 1 twig of celery
  • 1 garlic clove


Pour 3 cups of water (6 dl) on a millet and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt, pepper, chopped garlic and twig of celery. Wait to cool a bit and to evaporate excess fluid, then gently stir one egg white. Grease baking mold with butter and evenly arrange millet base.Align the surface. Cut the peppers and leek into stripes and arrange in a circle over millet crust. Sprinkle with oil and put in preheated oven on 200 degrees about half an hour. Before serving sprinkle with chopped parsley.

You can add some ham or other vegetables per your taste, such as mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes and the like.
