Creamy Pea Soup


  • 400 g peas
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 l chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • basil
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • allowed oil


Chop the onion and mash garlic. On a little allowed oil fry onion and garlic to become translucent. Add peas, pour chicken broth and cook together on a medium temperature until peas soften, about 20 minutes. Then mix the content in a blender or food processor, but leave one tablespoon of peas on the side for decoration. Spice your creamy soup per your taste with salt, pepper and chopped dill and cook for 5 minutes more.
